Stressing on a collaborative approach towards ideation and his effortless commanding leadership has, over the past couple of decades, assured his team and prospective buyers of his guidance consistently. Deepak brings with him a holistic experience from across businesses in sectors ranging from real estate, transport, manufacturing and agriculture.

Chinmay Gersappa, Director at SGPH LLP is a Marketing and Sales guru with MBA degree from CSM Institute, Canada. With 20 years of experience as a versatile sales and marketing professional in Real Estate, he has developed a sound understanding of tech and trends insight amongst the competition & the market dynamics in the industry. Displaying incredible leadership skills, management expertise and partner-vendor relationships throughout his career he has handled responsibilities with eminent brands such as Raheja, Kalpataru, DTZ, Rustomjee and Colliers to name a few. His last role saw him handle the responsibilities as President – Sales and Marketing at Rajesh Lifespaces.
